Our primary care services focus on prevention, early diagnosis, and long-term health management. We provide patient-centered medical care with personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
Services include routine medical visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, in-house laboratory testing, telehealth services, and IV therapy—delivering accessible, high-quality care at every stage of life.

Annual Wellness Visit
Keep in mind that the AWV is not a head-to-toe physical.
It is a yearly appointment with your primary care provider (PCP) to create or update a personalized prevention plan. This plan may help prevent illness based on your current health and risk factors.
Commercials Medical Insurances and Medicaid have you access to a complete wellness exam that is 100% covered.

Virtual Visits
With telemedicine, you don’t have to drive to the doctor’s office, find parking, or sit in a waiting room when you’re not feeling well. You can connect with your provider from the comfort of your own bed or sofa. Virtual visits are convenient, secure, and easy to fit into your busy schedule—so you can get the care you need without the hassle.

Pre-Operative Medical Clearance
At Vitaminise Wellnest Clinic, we provide pre-operative and cardiology medical clearance evaluations to help ensure patients are medically ready for surgery or specialized procedures. Each visit includes a comprehensive medical assessment, review of medical history, and required testing based on individual and procedural needs.
Please note that pre-operative and cardiology medical clearance evaluations are self-pay services and are not covered by insurance.
Our medical clearance services are designed to meet surgeon and facility requirements while prioritizing patient safety, risk assessment, and optimal health outcomes.

Chronic Care Management
We can help you manage diseases including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, congestive heart failure and endocrine disorders.
We provide education and advising on lifestyle changes, along with prescribing medications and other therapies.
We’re able to refer you to specialists when you need a provider with in a particular area of expertise.
We will coordinate with them to be all on the same page regarding your plan of care.

On-site Labs
Diagnostic tests from your primary care provider office save time to not having to send the patient to a collection center to have their sample drawn, the ability to provide patients with their test results in a much more benefits.
On-site laboratory services provided by Quest Labs offer a range of tests including bloodwork, urinalysis, and more. We offer same day results for hemoglobin levels and urinalysis results.

School Physical Exams (K–12) & Fit for Duty Exam
At Vitaminise Wellnest Clinic, we provide annual school physical exams for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade (ages 5–18), meeting school and state requirements. Each visit includes a comprehensive medical evaluation to ensure your child is healthy and ready for the school year.
We also offer Fit for Duty exams to assess an individual’s ability to safely perform job-related duties. These evaluations are designed to meet employer requirements and support workplace safety and readiness.
Weight Loss Clinic
Medication Prescriptions for Weight Loss
We offer safe, medically supervised weight loss programs tailored to your individual needs. We provided the best GPL1s prescriptions.
Our providers are certified in primary care obesity medicine, with specialized training in post-menopausal weight management and precision medicine for weight loss from America Obesity Association
Each program begins with a medical evaluation and may include lab testing, nutritional guidance, medical weight loss options, and ongoing support.
